Job Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls politely and address concerns immediately.
• Educate customers regarding products and services offered
• Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively.
• Process client requests in the system as necessary

What we need for the role:
• Good command of English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Candidates should have completed at least two years in college/ vocational program
• At least 6 months call center experience is required for this post
