We are currently recruiting for a Business Leader in Flight Centre Business Travel. As a Business Leader your primary focus is to use your relationship building skills and our unique product and service offering, to create value and trust at every interaction, whilst always demonstrating our Culture and Values.

The Business Leader is the customer, operational and technical expert. They lead with a customer-centric mindset, that is pivotal in incorporating the Voice of the Customer. They are instrumental in the development and retention of their people. Their customer focused mindset drives and delivers on retention, growth and profitability.
Your responsibilities will include
Creating and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing accounts
Provides an outstanding & consistent customer experience by adhering to FCBT’s Operational Excellence framework
Expert in the review of the customer’s travel program
Leveraging Flight Centre’s branding and professional profile
Has the ability to assess, troubleshoot and provide solutions to a varying range of scenarios
Ability to present options that drive compelling financial and operational value to deliver growth and profitability
Drives and delivers on team business plans and KPIs
The ability to set and drive plans and goals, kept relevant and alive over a 12 month period, with quarterly revisits
To be successful in this role you will need
Experience in a leadership position
Minimum 3 years in the travel industry
Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills
GDS experience, Sabre is highly regarded
Tertiary education is highly regarded
