Customer Service Manager

Role:
Work directly with assigned clients, ensuring customer retention and high satisfaction and a world class customer experience.
This is done by managing customer interactions across the business to ensure optimal use of existing products and features and adoption of new products.

Responsibilities
Responsible for arranging training with your clients on our systems and best practices.
‪Manage outbound communication to clients (e-mail and phone). ‬‬‬‬
‪Collaborate with sales team to provide seamless customer interaction. ‬‬‬‬
‪Verify contracts, review terms and conditions ‬‬‬‬
Responding to email/phone/live chat inquiries
Preparing client proposals

Assist with Managed Service offering:
Post jobs on behalf of clients
Contacting users to validate information
Understand client’s branding and FAQ to communicate to users
Coordination of interviews
Confirmation (and rescheduling) of interviews
Ad hoc administrative and operational tasks
