Job title:

FCTG Commercial Supply Leader

Purpose:

This position is responsible for leading Air Supplier Contract negotiations for all FCTG Brands and all 3rd Party Leisure Land negotiations. This role requires significant engagement with the Brand General Managers and Suppliers to drive profitable returns for FCTG.

Primary duties and responsibilities (KRAs)

Negotiation of all Air and Leisure Land contracts for maximum returns
Increase overall contract margin on all preferred suppliers
Management of contract negotiations and offers
Evaluation of all offers to drive maximum opportunities to achieve the most favourable position for FCTG

Analysis and reporting of contract performance
Management of contract performance to drive opportunities for increased revenue
Analysis of contract reporting and Market Share reports to identify trends and risks
Analysis of Trend Analysis reporting to identify destinations for campaigns
 

Supplier Account Management
Review meetings with suppliers to identify opportunities to improve performance
Re-negotiation opportunities to be identified where potential earn is maximised or at risk.
Opportunities for Waivers and Favours to be identified and managed
Market Share information to be built through strong relationships with industry leaders
Support and analysis of system related issues through to resolution

Reports to Supply, Pricing and Marketing GM.

Education and qualification:

Minimum requirements

Added advantage

Diploma in Tertiary Education

Industry/Contract Negotiation Training

Experience:

3 Years’ in a senior position 
Minimum 1 year in contract negotiations experience

Office hours:

Full time (Monday- Friday)
