FCBT is growing and needs an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant with aspirations to help lead a team as their next Future Business Leader.
A Future Business Leader (FBL) is an operational and technical expert. Their role is to manage and grow their own portfolio whilst supporting the Business Leader (BL) in the development and retention of their team. They have a customer focused mindset that drives retention, growth and profitability.

In FCBT, our number one Customer Value Proposition is the dedicated Travel Manager – YOU! Our team of BDM’s, who’s main objective is to source business, will be working alongside you from acquisition to retention, to win you clients to add to your already existing database. We train our Travel Managers to be experts and trust them to book 100% of the clients’ travel, manage customer spend and build multi-level relationships with customers.
To be successful in this role you will need
Minimum 3 years in the travel industry
Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills
GDS experience, Sabre is highly regarded
Tertiary education is highly regarded
