The purpose of the Connectivity Coordinator is to collaborate with key business and product personnel to ensure connected products are identified and released for sale. This would include all connected product types like Hotel, Car, Van, Day Tour, Extended Tour, Transfer, Insurance etc. You will manage medium to large scale projects and act as the pivotal intermediary between end-users, procurement and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse product market gaps or opportunities for new connections
Provide market intelligence and decision making to ensure the best connection is used to maximise efficiency and revenue.
Conduct Analysis to ensure products are in fact distributed properly
Design reporting to surface issues with connected product not being available for sale
Reporting on performance of connectivity products
Identify ROI and prioritize various connections
Review, test, implement system enhancements and/or modifications for connectivity
Manage all aspects of project execution, conflicts and interdependencies
Determine key milestones and tasks for connectivity project related plans and schedules, and manage these through to project delivery
Get content Products loaded and available for sale
Engage the use of offshore teams to load product
Update products based on supplier requirements
Work with support teams to troubleshoot issues
Customer service
Train trainers
Work with trainers to complete training material and follow One Best Way standards.

Knowledge of the our GPN & selling partner travel management processes – Essential
Experience working in an environment requiring the transfer of complex information – Essential
Exposure to travel systems such that there is an understanding of the complexities of global booking systems – Essential
Experience with large organisations and project environments – Essential
Experience managing varying connectors – Essential
Experience with commercial negotiations – Desirable
Experience working as a representative of a system, process or business, such that the candidate is able to be authoritative on a subject to peers and senior management – Desirable
