Job Title:           Post Group Sales Consultant

JOB DETAILS:
Finalize Group Departures
This includes but is not limited to updates to room blocks, rooming lists, transfer details, identifying amenities that the group will qualify for, tracking, reporting, and applying complimentary credits to the associated bookings.   Ensuring the PNL is reflected correctly in booking.
On Request Group Reservations
Clearing the on-request list for Softrip is an integral part of this job.  This requires pulling a report daily, requesting the rooms and or room nights from the hotel, updating the booking, notifying the Travel Agent of the status and if cleared reporting an updated room block to the hotel.  This task requires travel agent and supplier interaction and the ability to work with the Post Sales Pod handling the groups with on-request rooms.
