Guest Services Officer (F&B)

Reporting to Front Manager MEMO (F&B), the incumbent shall be responsible to:

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests, assist in taking F&B order and ensure prompt serving
– Cashiering, housekeeping and
– Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
– No relevant experience required however candidates with F&B background will be advantageous
– Able to work on rotating shifts and on weekends and public holidays
– Must be customer-oriented and a team player
