About the Role

Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) is seeking a casual Marketing Automation Assistant for approximately 20 hours per week to join our Corporate Digital Marketing team.

Marketing automation refers to software that automates digital marketing efforts. From nurturing cold leads, to processing web form fills to lead scoring, marketing automation helps prioritise and execute marketing tasks in a streamlined and efficient way.

The software that FCTG’s corporate brands use to perform marketing automation globally is Eloqua. Eloqua is a marketing automation platform for B2B marketers that features lead and campaign management tools designed to engage the right audiences in the right channels, at the right time, while providing reporting and insights.

Responsible for assisting the Marketing Automation Specialist and Integration Specialist with all aspects of marketing automation and platform management for FCTG’s corporate brands.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Working with the Marketing Automation Specialist and Integration Specialist to increase usage of Eloqua
• Supporting FCTG’s global Eloqua users with their queries
• Building and launching automation campaigns for global teams
• Reporting on and providing recommendations to optimise automation campaigns
• Monitor usage, errors and issues for functionality involving Eloqua
• Assist with training global marketing teams on Eloqua functionality

While prior formal experience within marketing operations is not essential, the ideal candidate is:

• Currently studying or recently graduated – Degree: B Marketing or BComm/ BBus majoring in Marketing
• A lateral thinker/ problem-solver
• Enjoys learning about new marketing technologies
• Has strong attention to detail
• Interested in marketing automation in a global team
• Passionate about improving processes and optimisation
• Confident using Gsuite applications and Microsoft Excel
• Enjoys having fun!
