We are on the hunt for a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic, fast-paced and successful marketing team. In this role, you will report to the Retail Advertising Team Leader and work collaboratively with the wider Marketing team, and Product Managers.
You will execute and measure the brand’s co-operative campaign and above-the-line advertising activities including product compilation, execution, communications (consumer and consultant) and post campaign reporting. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders, in particular Creative, Digital and Media teams, to ensure all activity is delivered on time and in accordance with the brand/campaign strategy.
Day to day you’ll be…
Briefing all creative assets for upcoming campaigns
Working with product teams to ensure the right campaign product is provided in a timely manner Working with media and other suppliers to ensure all advertising materials are provided correctly in a timely manner
Creation of and adherence to project timelines to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time
Represent the Flight Centre brand by ensuring all advertising materials are representative of the Flight Centre tone of voice, and meet overall brand and legal guidelines.
Assist the wider campaign and advertising team in campaign reporting.

Sound understanding and knowledge of retail travel, wholesale travel & airline industries
Strong time management skills
Exemplary attention to detail
Outstanding customer service skills (demonstrated to both internal and external customers)
Ability to communicate professionally & effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, on all levels.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines at any one time
Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft suites
You’ll earn brownie points if you have…
Retail and/or wholesale travel sales experience
Experience in travel copywriting for print advertisements and/or radio
Marketing experience, degree or currently studying is preferred but not essential
Working knowledge & understanding of social media & digital marketing channels are an asset
