MICE Team Leader

Responsibilities:
To deliver MICE services and support to ensure sales achievement.
To work as key contact for clients ensure that the group travel brief and budget are fully understood and logistically sound and to provide proactive solutions when necessary.
To effectively negotiate and manage air, hotel, transport and other program components to ensure accuracy and seamlessness.
To respond to all client enquiries professionally and within the agreed timeframes and to ensure client satisfaction with the response.
To collaborate Ops team on MICE bookings.
To ensure all accounting policies and procedures are adhered to.
To control overall coordination and monitor external vendors.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years demonstrated MICE management experience
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational skills – highly methodical, accurate and deadline driven
Excellent customer service focus
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build effective client relationships
Ability to negotiate with suppliers
Computer literate in standard MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team player and adaptable
Ability to resolve issues to the satisfaction of both client and company
