Job Description
Responsibilities:
– In-charge of accepting, encoding, and processing online loan applications.
– In-charge of welcoming and assisting all incoming and outgoing clients in the branch.
– Conducts thorough interview and screening of prospective customers.
– Reviews all submitted documentary requirements and ensures proper encoding and filing.
– Discusses product guidelines during application and upon release of approved loan contracts.
– In-charged for maintaining good relationship of the company with its clientele and handles marketing and promotional campaigns of the company like outdoor flyering and manning of booths.
– Performing other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
– Must be a College Graduate, any course.
– Computer-savvy
– Willing to render fieldwork.
– Possesses above average communication and customer service skills.
– Highly presentable appearance and with friendly approachable personality.
– Minimum of one (1) year experience as a receptionist, sales or marketing executive, or other customer service jobs preferably in a corporate setting.
