Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated individual who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. Our ideal candidate will have to deliver a professional presentation to customers, and uphold the ideals and standards of our company to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
Objectives of this role:
· Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding focus and needs, and anticipating them in advance
· Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
· Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices
Responsibilities
· Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
· Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem.
· Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers.
· Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations.
· Illustrate the value of our services to create growth opportunities.
· Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
· Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities.
· Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or any related discipline
· General understanding of the principles of sales
· Excellent presentation skills
· Ability to understand client’s needs, and negotiate costs and services
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
Preferred Qualifications
· Good Communication and Customer Service skills
· Good Interpersonal skills
· At least 1 year of experience with Sales/Marketing
