Summary of Key Responsibilities
• Generating daily click & collect order listing to track the order status
• Process online orders, promotions and campaigns;
• Working closely with stores to ensure a seamless customer self-collect journey
• Manage customer’s complaints and initialise service recovery to retain customers
• Reserving stock for customer collection in store
• May assign to other branch if required
• Other ad-hoc assignments

• Proficient in Microsoft excel
