Job Description:
– Assist the Sports & Recreation Management in day-to-day operations & projects
– Manage the Sports & Recreation Centre’s Pro Shop
– Manage the facilities in the Sports & Recreation Centre
– Assist and organise competitions, leagues, and friendly matches
– Actively promoting Sports events within the club
– Management of Sports section membership database
– Attend and assist Sports Meetings with convenors & committee members
– Update Sports & Recreation online and social media platform with basic video/photography
– Assist Management with external 3rd party vendors and contractors
Job Details:
– Minimum Diploma, preferably in Sports Management
– Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in a Sports industry
– Independent, Proactive and Diligent
– Able to work with tight deadlines
– Eye for detail and service-oriented
– Good interpersonal skills, warm and friendly
– Good command of spoken & written English, articulate with good presentation skills
– Team player, able to work well with other colleagues & departments
– Enjoy meeting people from different nationalities
– IT & social media savvy with interest in Sports journalism
– Able to work on evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
– Must love Sports with a passion!
