Global Land Supply (GLS) is Flight Centre Travel Group’s global in-house product procurement and consolidation business, servicing a number of Flight Centre’s worldwide selling businesses including Retail, In Country Support, Liberty Travel, GoGo Worldwide Vacations and Flight Centre Asia.
Role Summary: GLS Helio Support provides an effective helpdesk by supporting our Selling Partners, Suppliers, and GLS internal businesses by phone, email, queue, and chat. The position includes a 24/7 rotating roster inclusive of public holidays and reports to the Support Team Leader.

Desirable Experience:
Helio system knowledge
Travel industry knowledge
Experience with email and Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
Retail or Wholesale travel experience or alternatively customer service-based experience in another industry
Able to work a flexible work schedule (including some evenings/weekends/Holidays)
Ability to self-train using available resources
