We have an opportunity for a Change Leader to join our Technology team. In this role you will work closely with the Corporate Transformation Leader and be instrumental in creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise adoption of key strategic technology projects. The position will see you take responsibility for creating a change framework that can be scaled across product management and deployment functions.
The role in a nutshell:
Create comprehensive change management plans for each of the approved key strategic technology projects
Develop change management processes and tools to support the projects
Be comfortable working with both agile and traditional project methodologies
Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, technology team and various business units
Prepare impact analyses and evaluation of the actual impact of changes, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics as well as identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change
Work collaboratively with various project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans
Creating and manage the input, collation, and output of the change management reporting systems for delegated projects.
Capturing data and defining and measuring success metrics and reporting to Senior
Identifying opportunities and providing expertise to build resilience to change across the organisation.

Tertiary qualification Organisational Change Management or equivalent work experience
Strong Negotiation, Facilitation and Consultation experience
Strong business stakeholder management
Ability to coach mentor others
