Fah Lanna Spa is celebrating a special addition to their growing list of accolades after having been presented with an Award of Excellence for Thai Wisdom Spa at the 11th Thailand Tourism Awards organized by Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) – by H.E. General Tanasak Patimapragorn, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand at the Royal Paragon Hall.
The award of excellence is the highest level of achievement at the Thailand Tourism Awards. As noted by United Nation World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), which describes the Thailand Tourism Awards as reliable indicators of industry leaders, as award recipients have to meet the most rigorous criteria that link a high-quality tourism product with exemplary standards of service and facilities to the broader goals of national development, including culture, heritage and the environment.
Mr. Yuthasak Supasorn, Tourism Authority of Thailand Governor said: “The Thailand Tourism Awards are designed to raise industry standards and recognize companies and individuals that have contributed to advancing a positive image of the Thai travel and tourism sector.”
On top of this remarkable award win, the beautiful day spa recently received several other internationally recognized awards from leading industry organizations. Luxury Travel Guide (UK) crowned Fah Lanna Spa the winner of “Traditional Thai Spa of the Year”. Luxury Travel Guide Awards recognize and celebrate excellence across all sectors of the affluent travel and tourism industry and therefore represent the pinnacle of travel and tourism achievement, championing the best in their respective fields.
Moreover, Fah Lanna Spa received the “Thai World Class Spa Gold Award”, “Chiang Mai Top 10 Award” and the “TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence”, which was given to the spa every year since opening its doors for consistently achieving outstanding reviews on TripAdvisor.
