The Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya’s Rock Getaway Festival this October will see 21 iconic rock bands and artists perform.

The performers at the event taking place from 26 October to 1 November are: Steve Miller Band, Roger Daltrey, Don Henley, Santana, Foreigner, Los Lobos, Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, George Thorogood and the Destroyers, Robert Cray Band, Sahnas Brothers, Atomic Punks – Tribute to Van Halen, Guns 2 Roses – Tribute to Guns and Roses, Warren Hill, Olivia Rox, Bad Company, REO Speedwagon, Cheap Trick, Don Felder, Blue Oyster Cult, Dave Mason, Foghat, Starship featuring Mickey Thomas and Queensryche.

Guests can indulge their love of music further with the chance to create a pop-up studio in their guest room playing one of the resort’s 20 Fender® guitars, listen to a number of curated music playlists or discover the rock’n’roll memorabilia around the hotel. They can also visit the hotel’s Music Lab to receive instruction and accelerated stage training; choose to play one or four instruments or be the lead singer in a rock band of up to seven people coached by a Rock Specialist before performing a concert in front of a live audience.

Funway Holidays is offering a four-night Rock Getaway Festival package priced from £1,775 per person with seven nights starting from £2,785 per person. These prices are based on two adults sharing a Deluxe Gold King Bed Room in Heaven on an all-inclusive basis and includes tickets to all rock performances, up to $3600 resort credits per room, return economy flights from London Gatwick to Cancun with Thomas Cook, taxes and fuel surcharges. Price is based on 26 October departures.
