Hoseasons unveils new holiday locations in Northern Ireland

Belle Isle – Cottage

Here’s a tempting new offer for UK customers as Hoseasons unveils new locations in Northern Ireland for the first time.

Having been in the business for the past 70 years, famous for its luxury lodges, cottages and hot tub breaks, Hoseasons has added five new Northern Ireland locations to its cottage holiday and boating portfolio.

The new locations include affordable cottage holidays near Ennikskillen and Antrim, a holiday park on the Antrim Coast, and one boatyard in the heart of the Fermanagh Lake area. All boast an array of activities and access to a range of local experiences.

Hoseasons property and portfolio director, Mark Warnes, said this new venture into Northern Ireland would provide agents with a new option for customers looking for a domestic break.

“Our vision is to present a portfolio of unique locations throughout Northern Ireland in order to give our customers a greater choice of quality accommodation across the wider region. It’s great news for all of our new partners and for the local tourism economy,” commented Warnes.

“We’ve hand-picked the new locations ensuring a diverse range of accommodation to suit everyone.”

Our pick of the locations

Ballylinney Holiday Cottages, Bushmills

Just a short walk from the iconic Giants Causeway World Heritage site, these traditional cottages are perfect for couples and families wanting a coastal escape. The bustling coastal resorts of Portrush and Portstewart are within easy reach offering eclectic gift shops, highly acclaimed restaurants and traditional Irish pubs, as well as the prestigious Royal Port Rush golf course, home to the famous 2019 British Open.

The village of Bushmills, home to the world’s oldest licensed whiskey distillery, is located only one mile away for those who fancy a tipple. Ballylinney Holiday Cottages offer well-equipped kitchens and wood burning stoves for those cosy nights in, and afford magnificent sea views towards the Antrim and far-reaching Donegal coastline.

A three-night break for four people costs from £235, a week costs from £359.

Manor House Marine, Lower Lough Erne

In the heart of Lower Lough Erne and new to Hoseasons for 2018, guests can take a boating break to one of the most spectacular lakes in Ireland at Manor House Marine

From a base at Killadeas Bay, visitors are perfectly placed to explore one of the easiest cruising routes, ideal for beginners, thanks to the Erne’s virtually lock-free waterway. Surrounded by mountains and dotted with islands, head south on a route discovering the heritage of historic Enniskillen town – a perfectly preserved 12th-century tower on Devenish Island and the 6th-century carvings on White Island.

There are plenty of opportunities to moor up along the way, whether to enjoy a picnic lunch or to get the blood pumping with kayaking and water-skiing. Stay on a Noble Cadet cruiser, sleeping up to four people it comes complete with galley kitchen, shower room and two double beds.

A 3-night break costs from £582, a week costs from £622.
