Jet2 has announced a significant expansion of its Summer 27 programme, introducing new routes from Bournemouth and London Stansted Airports and increasing its capacity to Jersey. The UK's largest tour operator and third-largest airline aims to offer customers and travel agents more options and flexibility for next summer.
From Bournemouth Airport, Jet2 will launch three exclusive routes: twice-weekly flights to Paris, weekly Saturday flights to Jersey, and weekly Wednesday flights to Verona. This expansion marks Jet2's largest-ever summer programme from Bournemouth, offering 22 routes and over 320,000 seats, an 8% increase from Summer 26.
London Stansted Airport will see the introduction of a new route to Jersey, with flights operating three times a week. This addition brings the total number of routes from Stansted to 55, with over 2.4 million seats available for Summer 27.
The expansion in Jersey includes two new routes from Bournemouth and Stansted, resulting in eight routes and nearly 155,000 seats available, tripling the capacity compared to the previous summer. This move responds to growing demand from customers and travel agents.
Jet2 CEO Steve Heapy stated, "We are seeing enormous demand for our award-winning flights and holidays, so we are delighted to be expanding our Summer 27 programmes. The addition of these brand-new and exclusive routes gives customers even more choice and flexibility."
