Luxury Travel Consultant / Account Manager
£24,000-£27,000 + sales commission

We are looking for an experienced and confident Travel Consultant / Account Manager to join our small team.

You will have excellent product knowledge to successfully operate and plan holidays around the world to include operating travel to some our exclusive European apartments.

This role would suit someone familiar with travel sales and operations. An excellent communicator both verbally and written.

There is the exciting opportunity to build relationships with new partners and suppliers to drive new business as well as continue to provide excellent customer service to our existing clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and operate luxury travel products to high net worth clients
• Build and maintain relationships with our owners, customers and suppliers
• Build and maintain relationships with our European concierges
• Assist with daily general office tasks
• Research and build new and existing product

Must have:

• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
• Great attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a small team
• Enthusiasm and positive attitude with a commitment to contribute to the growth of the business
• Competent IT Skills including Office 365
• Languages not essential but French or Spanish would be a bonus
