Arabic Speaking Reservations Consultant – Stockport

If you have experience working in the travel industry, consider Arabic your first language (or fluent) and have knowledge of a GDS, then this exciting job opportunity is for you.

This well-established company are looking for an Arabic Speaking Reservations Consultant who can arrange and book travel itineraries for their customers. Using your knowledge to recommend and upsell on travel products whilst offering a high level of service throughout and be able to offer on-going support and assistance to those customers. Each day will be different as not only will you have access to package holidays but also tailor-made holidays to create the most exciting itineraries for your customer. Due to this you will need experience using a GDS booking flights and also be responsible for making sure they are ticketed for a smooth customer experience.

If successful you will be offered between £19-£20K (depending on experience) and great company benefits including generous holidays, discounted trips, educational trips etc.

Due to the clients being based outside of the UK you will be asked to work between the hours of 6am – 4pm (Sunday – Friday) over a period of five days.

Arabic Speaking Reservations Consultant Responsibilities:

• Use in-house software and reservations platform to complete travel enquiries
• Dealing with and processing inbound booking enquires
• Using destination knowledge to recommend, sell and upsell
• Resolve enquiries and complaints

Arabic Speaking Reservations Consultant Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic
• Excellent phone and customer service experience
• Good destination knowledge
• Knowledge of a GDS booking flights is essential
• Ability to offer a high level of service and upsell on travel products
