Job Description

Your tasks
  • Assist to manage the food and beverage operations of the Eastern Grand Palace Hotel Pattaya, with 3 restaurants and 8 M.I.C.E. venues ensuring the achievement of the highest standards of food and beverage product and service whilst achieving profitability.
  • Be a shining light of exemplary guest service. Use your skills, passion, and personality to delight guests and staff alike.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and banquet department to ensure the delivery of simple food that has a fresh approach to uncomplicated fabulous food utilizing local offerings and supplemented by the best produce.
  • Fully in charge of maintaining the consistency and high-quality standards of the food & beverages and service quality of the operations
  • In charge of developing new food & beverage offerings, menus and ensuring a proper transcription and accuracy of the recipes in all restaurants.
  • Comply with local regulations concerning health, safety, or compliance requirements, company policy and procedures, ensure monitor and prepare all outlets to be ready for necessary inspection, and conduct regular routine to maintain consistency.]

Requirements:

  • fluent in Thai and English in speaking and writing
Your profile
  • Minimum 02-year experience in a similar role within a first-class resort or hotel.
  • With F&B operations management experience and the ability to lead a team by example and with the necessary skills to set and implement operational excellence in the department.
  • Solid beverage technical and management background who follows beverage & service trends in hospitality.
  • Excellent opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager who wants to step up to an Assistant F&B Manager role.
  • Ability to train and develop associates’ skills and knowledge.
  • Strong background in culinary quality assurance aspects such as HACCP & LQA.
  • Good operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
  • Highly developed & demonstrated teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to do multi-task effectively.
  • Pro-active and flexible.
