B2B Travel Consultant – African Specialist, North West London – £23k
B2B African travel specialist are seeking 2 new consultants to join their successful office based in North West London. This growing firm are looking for an organised, driven and well-travelled candidate to join their ranks; the right candidate will have previous exposure to the African travel market and will have a record of displaying excellent service and attention to detail; position offering £23,000.

African Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

• Working with suppliers on best rates for preferred itineraries
• Working with clients to ensure they are receiving the appropriate products
• Coordinating and sending info to agents regarding products
• Keeping up to date with individual and companywide targets
• Maintaining a key eye for detail to ensure all itineraries are created and processed correctly
• Handling complaint letters when appropriate

African Travel Consultant Requirements:

• 2+ years working with African products in the travel industry – ideally Southern and Eastern Africa
• Excellent communication skills, specifically over email and live-chat systems
• Commercially savvy with negotiating skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Welltravelled

African Travel Consultant Benefits:
