The RenaissThe Banquet Manager will direct report to the Director of Food & Beverage and the major responsibility for the setup and service of all Banquet & Catering functions. Bring into effect the superior product and service expected for our guests in accordance the standard.
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes :-
* Thai nationality holding Bachelor Degree in any field
* At least 3-5 year experiences in Banquet/Catering management evidenced tracked record of achievements
* Good knowledge on beverage, decoration, fabric, and creativity
* Strong in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skill
* Proficiency in English and computer literate
