GCS Recruitment are searching for a Billing & Credit Control Administrator to work with one of the most well-known financial companies in Malta.
Responsibilities include:
- Contacting individuals or business customers when payment is overdue
- Checking credit records and tracing missing debtors
- Issuing of invoices and statements on a regular basis
- Following up on debtors to ensure payments are effected within a reasonable time-frame
- Liaising with partners and client-facing staff to ensure that all time is being billed accordingly
- Setting up repayment plans and working with debt counsellors
- Setting up and maintaining customer files
- Processing payments
- Starting legal proceedings if debts are not paid within an agreed time
- Performing any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- ‘A’ Level standard of education
- At least 1-year experience in a similar role
- Possessing a background in accounts will be considered an asset
- Proficient knowledge on Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met
- Have good communication skills; both written and verbal
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English Language
- Organisational skills with strong analytical skills
- Team player
