We are looking for a motivating Store Manager who has previous experience from working as either a Travel Branch Manager, Travel Supervisor, Travel Team Leader, Sales Manager or Assistant Manager. This role comes with a Competitive salary of up to £23k, plus uncapped bonus structure..

Branch Manager features:

– Managing vibrant team
– Performance managing staff
– Increasing the exposure of the branch and developing new business leads
– Using social media to promote offers, generating customer engagement and sales leads
– Ensuring that excellent customer service is provided at all times

Branch Manager skills required:

– Good general travel knowledge
– Previous people management experience
– Previous experience of conducting regular appraisals, 1-1’s, on the spot coaching and training as well as the ability to lead by example in hands on selling
– Seeking opportunities for Business development of your store
– An analytical approach to your management style to constantly monitor your staff and shop’s performance and strive for achievement
