Business development manager (Midlands) – Required for this niche travel company who specialise in tailormade trips to Asia. They are looking for an experienced BDM from the travel industry with a passion for Asia. They will pay up to £28,900 plus bonus of around £3000 and benefits.
Business development mangers duties
-Responsible for identifying and targeting new travel agents to work with as well as working with existing travel agents to grow sales
-You will play a key role in designing and delivering training on the companies product and destinations.
-Being the face of the company amongst travel agents and will probalbly be the first point of excalation for any problems
-The role will require 4 days on the road mainly in the South but also covering clients in the North. The other day will be based at home or visiting head office once per month.
Business development managers skills required
– Ideally previous business devlopment/Account management experience within the travel industry.
-Well travel and experienced of selling South East Asia/Japan
-Clean driving license and your own car
