Job Description

Business Development Manager – HNWI’s. Luxury Travel. Remote/field based. An excellent opportunity for an individual with the know how of reaching high net worth individuals to join this high-end, luxury tour operator that provide bespoke tailor made holidays.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities

  • Creating and delivering customer acquisition strategies through direct and indirect channels.
  • Develop a plan of engagement in appropriate HNWI networks.
  • Create and maximise the benefit of partnerships, referrals or events with other luxury brands, corporate travel management companies or businesses that are also engaged with HNWI’s.
  • Agree on partnership marketing initiatives with other luxury brands.
  • Continually monitor costs, ROI and learnings to influence future activity.
  • Maintain CRM regarding opportunities, activity and contacts.

Business Development Manager Skills Required

  • A creative and strategic mindset with the ability/experience to sell and promote luxury products/services.
  • A solid understanding of business and marketing principals with a track record of relationship management and field sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, networking and presenting.

Business Development Manager Additional Details

  • A salary in the region of £40,000 – £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • The role can be home/field based, although during the induction period and maybe a couple of times a month thereafter will spend some time in the companies head office in the North of England.
