Business Development Manager – Tours operator, ski and cruise Required for this rapidly growing innovative lead generations travel company. They are looking for an experience BDM who has experience targeting tour operators, Ski companies and cruise agents/cruise companies UK wide. Salary up to £47,000 plus car/car allowance and bonus, OTE 75k plus.

Business Development Mangers Duties
-Develop a pipeline of sales targets categorised by location, contribution and value
-Onboard new tour operator partners, cruise and ski companies and manage onboarding process
-Deliver high quality account management to tour operator, cruise and ski partners and contribute to their success
-Understand sales channels and their route to market
-Pitch product to target tour operators to acquire new business
-Attend external meetings with prospective and existing tour operator partners

Business Development Managers skill required

• 3 + years sales experience within the travel sector specifically working with trade partners and tour operators
• Strong sales background is essential
• Understanding of tour operators, cruise or ski , marketing spend
• Experience of creating and delivering training
• A networker
• Strong presentation skills
• Clean driving license

• 25 days holidays plus pension
• Amazing OTE
