Job Description

Homeworking Business Travel Consultant – Homeworker Required for an expanding business travel company. They are looking for a very experienced business travel consultant with strong Galileo knowledge to join the team and will pay £27K.

Homeworking Business Travel Consultants – duties:
– Dealing with a range of clients ranging from Banks, insurance companies to high profile entertainment clients.
– Booking flights, car hire, rail and hotels using Galileo.
– Problem solving, making amendments, dates changes, re-issues.

Homeworking Business Travel Consultant – Skills required:
– Strong business Travel consultant experience
– Great Galileo knowledge is essential.
– Leisure travel experience with Galileo maybe considered
– Outstanding Customer Service skills

Additional Information:
– Home based, you will be required to travel into either the Birmingham or London office once every 2 weeks.
– Paying £27K
– Working hours –
Will follow a 4 week rotating shift pattern working a 37.5hr week –
Mon – Fri 07.00 – 15.30 / 08.00 – 16.30 / 09.00 – 17.30 / 10.30 – 19.00
With 1 in 5 Sat and Sun hours within 07.00 – 19.00 with a day off in the weeks either side.
