This Prestige Business Travel company have been running for years. They’re currently recruiting for Business Travel Helpdesk Executive to join their team, either office based in London, Hybrid or based remotely.
Business Travel Helpdesk Executive – Responsibilities:
– Providing technical support and training for enquires made to the online support desk.
– Log the description and resolution of all support calls
– Problem resolution from front end user through to site configuration, sabre commands and possible fare issues.
Business Travel Helpdesk Executive – Skills required:
– Strong experience preferably in a corporate Help Desk / Support role or Business Travel
– Sabre GDS experience
– Fares construction and management skills
– PC skills – MS Office
– Experience of Self Booking Tools
Additional information:
– Based either in their offices in London, Hybrid or working from home
– Paying up to £35K depending on experience
– Excellent staff benefits
– Working Mon – Fri, rota hours between 8am – 6.30pm
