Business Travel Helpdesk Consultant – Required for this global TMC, Homebased, salary up to £38k plus benefits, Monday to Friday. The role is supporting the companies business travel consultant with any questions, around fares, ticketing, routings, hotels etc etc. It will suit a senior business travel consultant looking for a new challenge.

Business travel helpdesk duties

• Working with the companies independent business travel consultants as a helpdesk agent. Queries relating to net fares, airline routings, ticketing, reissues, refunds, seat allocations plus many more day to day tasks.
• Ideally knowledge of Amadeus and galileo, but they would consider Amadeus and sabre or Amadeus and Galileo, multi GDS knowledge is a must
• Service client requests in a timely manner, working with the companies various travel policy’s
• Help with some leisure enquiries when needed

Business travel helpdesk consultants skills required

• Multi GDS as listed above
• Business travel consultant experience – a minimum of 4 years
• Strong up to date ticketing knowledge
• Strong net fares knowledge

Additional information

• Homebased with 2 days per month in the London office, travel not paid for
