The successful candidate will have supervisory experience within the business travel sector, good motivational and leadership skills and proficiency with Galileo and Sabre. Experience with financial or banking accounts would also be advantageous and in return, our client are offering a highly competitive £42k salary plus financial incentives. • The day-to-day management of a team servicing a dedicated client base
• Advising on and arranging all aspects of travel and related services
• Ensuring operational deadlines and SLAs are met
• Managing change, undertaking appraisals and feeding back on performance
• Ensure compliance with all client requests and that all bookings meet quality standards
• Auditing quotations, booking files, client communication and other documentation.

Skills required for the role:

• Extensive experience within the business travel sector, ideally in a supervisory position
• Proficiency with Galileo and Sabre
• Good motivational and leadership skills
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
• Experience with financial or banking clients would be an advantage
