Primary role for this international company, which sells operations solution software to the hotel industry across Asia, is to provide overall management of the China business with full P&L responsibility. The position grows and sustains the existing local organisation with a focus on increasing aggressive country revenue.

Required Experience:

• 7 to 10 years’ experience in China sales and business development
• Proven experience in enterprise software and business consultative selling
• Effective sales presentations aptitude at senior levels to communicate customer specific solutions
• Skilled in managing complex sales cycles in large organisations
• Solid understanding of the technology used in the hotel industry
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills (English and Mandarin)
