GCS Recruitment are searching for a Client Relationship Executive to work for one of the leading financial companies located in Malta.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with business development managers
- Processing application schemes including analysing forms and inputting data
- Dealing with both member and client queries
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Setting up terms of business
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure client and member needs are fulfilled effectively
- Assisting the director in any ad hoc tasks as instructed
Requirements:
- Strong communications skills; both written and verbal
- Well organised with multitasking skills
- Ability to stick to deadlines
- Strong team player, with the ability to work on own initiative
- Positive attitude towards work
