Job Description:
The contracting manager is responsible to organizing and maintaining supplier contract rates and assisting the Sales Manager for the coordination of the sales team and their activities.

Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Does all the contracting to all suppliers then checks any new rates that are obtained.
• Ensures that rates are competitive if not negotiates with supplier.
• Responsible for the creation of the correct yearly sales prices together with management.
• Handling or solving all complaints that arise from internal operation or tours in collaboration with the Operation and Accounting units, and communicating the solution to the Sales Manager.
• Inspecting properties and/or services of (new) suppliers.
• Keep product development department up-to-date on new developments, suppliers and prices.
• Obtaining allotments from hotel partners.
• Assisting the Sustainability Coordinator with any related matters.

Requirements:

• Minimal 2-3 years experiences in inbound tour operator or OTA.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent with Microsoft Office Program and Windows.
• Ability and expertise to negotiate the best deals, contract and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator and mediator.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
