Job Description

MANAGEMENT:

        Human Resources duties: recruit and train newcomers, supervise the team, monitor the work performance

        Operational duties: set up and monitor office workflow, allocate duties & responsibilities

        Consulting duties – train and support operations / sales / marketing / contracting teams

        Emergency duties

        Monthly report to BOM (Board of Management)

CONTRACTING

        Establish and implement the purchasing strategy in the destination.

        Negotiating with suppliers to get the best rates and conditions

        Updating of tariffs and send to database and sales team

PRODUCTION

        Establish and implement a real production plan with the Product Manager.

        Improve existing products, ensure good quality follow up

        Research and develop new products in Thailand

        Inspections on the spot and reporting

        Production & Inspection plans

        Train sales, marketing, operations, guides about new and existing products

        Constantly screen the quality of all products and suppliers

COMPETITIVENESS

        Establish detailed and updated Competitors’ screenings

        Ensure market analysis and follow up

Job Requirements:

        Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

        Management and organization skills

        At least, 2 years experience in similar position

        Knowledge of data processing (PC and Microsoft Software)

        High level of personal presentation

        Experience of working in an international environment

        Flexible, be willing and available to travel often

        Curiosity, responsiveness, creativity, adaptability, self-sufficiency

        Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded

        Highly appreciable:

+ Good skills in a second language (French, German, Italian, Spanish)

+ Deep knowledge of Thailand and/or South East Asia
