Cruise Consultants Homebased – Required for this expanding , award winning cruise company. They are looking for a number of cruise consultants to work from home and will pay a basic salary up to £21,000 with an OTE of up to £40,000 plus benefits.

Cruise consultants duties
-Through outstanding levels of customer service source outstanding cruise holidays that match perfectly with your customer needs
-Develop a customer portfolio through outstanding customer relationships
-Use your cruise industry experience to source your customer’s cruise through the latest travel technology
-Enhance your customer’s cruise holiday by identifying value added products available
-Provide Cruise customers with an end to end travel service from the point of initial enquiry to the day they return from their cruise
-Ensure that you are continuously aware of the latest development in the cruise world, the latest offers and launch of new products sharing your industry leading knowledge with your customers

Cruise consultants skills required
-Cruise sales experience , working as a Cruise Specialist
-Target driven and a proven track record in selling cruises and tailor making cruise itineraries
-Customer service orientated

Additional information
-Salary up to 21k + comm
-Theyare open 7 days a week, Monday to Friday opening times between 9am-8pm , Saturdays and Sundays 9am-5pm , you will work at 37.5 hours per week on shifts within the opening times
