Cruise Product Manager – Central London. A fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about cruise to create a brand new product offering on behalf of this well-established travel business in Central London.

Cruise Product Manager Responsibilities

Working alongside the senior management, you will set out the product vision and strategy, be responsible for contracting cruise lines and putting together products or sale. You will gather the necessary information to work with the creative and content teams to get these products online and train up colleagues within the sales team to help support with sales and enquiries from customers. As a mew product in this established business, you will also be responsible for rolling your sleeves up and selling to customers in the early days, although it is expected within 6-9 months there will be enough momentum to build a sales team specific to cruise so this role can purely focus on the product and expand their global offering.

Cruise Product Manager Skills Required

• Must have first hand experience contracting and creating cruise products (popular destinations such as Caribbean and Florida would be ideal but other cruise experience also considered).
• Mus have strong sales capability with the willingness to roll your sleeves up and be on the phone selling the product in the early days
• Strong negotiator
• Excellent sales and communication skills

Cruise Product Manager Package

A basic salary of around £33-40k (depending on experience) plus bonus/commission (OTE another £10-15k).
The role will mainly be Monday-Friday, core office hours, however occasional Saturdays may be required for which you will get extra days off during the week.
Due to Covid the office is closed until approximately September so likely to be remote until then, after which it will be office based in Central London.
