CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER – TRAVEL INDUSTRY
SOUTHWEST LONDON
UP TO £30,000

THE JOB
A leading activity holiday tour operator in South West London is looking for an experienced Customer Care Manager, with coaching and mentoring skills, to manage their team of after-sales and administration executives. Your overall objective will be to create a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty to the business, achieved through impeccable communication and an inspiring way to handle and resolve customer complaints by liaising with the UK office team and in-resort staff. This role will also come with exciting opportunities to travel to their resorts across Europe which will enable you to build relationships with the staff, meet guests and develop your knowledge of the product.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*An enthusiastic, flexible and committed approach
*A minimum of 18 months experience in a similar management/supervisory/leadership role
*A background working in the travel industry is essential
*Personal or professional experience working in an activity holiday environment would be highly advantageous
*Proven expertise in complaint handling and a problem solver who is solution-driven
*People management skills including managing, motivating and incentivising staff, both individually and as a department
*Experience or knowledge working with social media platforms and customer forums, such as; TripAdvisor and Glassdoor
*Experience in identifying staff training needs, including staff development
*Able to implement strategies to improve the quality of customer service provided
*Proficient using Microsoft Office applications, email and diary scheduling
