Customer Services Support – Birmingham, An excellent opportunity to join a fantastic company in the travel industry where you will be in regular communication with customers both pre and post travel to advise them of different trips and answers any questions they may have.
Responsibilities and Competencies
Able to confidently speak with customers post booking
Use our Holiday Management System to move customers around between tours, and manage the CRM database
Proficient with excel
First point of call for customer enquires pre booking
Able to use initiative when speaking with customers
Training on our finance systems to process refunds
Work as part of a team
Warm, reassuring phone manner
Must be well organised and have a structured approach to your work
Time Management skills
Experience in the travel industry would be nice to have but not essential
An interest in travel and enthusiasm for supporting people to fulfil their own desire to travel
Customer Services Support package
A competitive salary of £18,000 – £22,000 depending on experience Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm 25 days holiday + bank holidays Currently working 3 days remotely and 2 from the office (still to be determined what this may look like post Covid)
