About the Opportunity

The Digital Marketing Executive plays a critical role in our business, and alongside the Global Director of Digital Marketing drives the company forward across all our digital channels while keeping our partners at the heart of everything we do. They are responsible for handling a variety of core activities including day-to-day management of our online advertising budget, optimisation of existing ad spend and set-up and optimisation of new ad campaigns. 

Your main responsibility is:  

·       Day-to-day management of media buying including but not limited to ad campaigns, ad groups and bid strategies.

·       Optimising cost-per-click and cost-per-acquisition for new business acquisition and existing business growth and retention.

·       Manage post-click purchasing funnel including the management of all landing page requirements.

·       Managing and executing best-practise keyword research and targeting.

·       Taking ownership of our website optimisation through planning and delivery of scalable opportunities using best practice technical and on-page SEO principles.

·       Maximising return on investment on ad spend.

About you 

The Essentials:

·       Minimum 1 year of experience working on high performance paid ad campaigns is essential.

·       Strong proficiency in the Google Ads and LinkedIn Advertising platforms.

·       Strong proficiency with Google Data Studio.

·       Knowledge of keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush, Ahrefs or MOZPro.

·       Good command of both written and spoken English.

·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal across a variety of cultures to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders).
