Job Description:

• Responsible for ensuring that the overall administration coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized.
• Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company.
• Planning, Organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
• Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and system.
• Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
• Assist in any other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements Skills:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree graduate in HR Management or its equivalent
• 5 years experience as Human Resource for hotel or resort
• Knowledged of hotel business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people.
• Excellent command of  English  skills.
• Good network in the local and surrounding areas.
