Title – Director of Marketing & Destination Services
Reports to – MD RPM
Primary Role Objectives: To enhance the brand awareness and recognition of RPM as Phuket\\\’s most prestigious lifestyle-focused location combining marina services, residential, event and commercial property in a single venue. All with the absolute purpose of driving sustained revenue growth to the destination.
Key Functions and Responsibilities
1. Create and deliver a comprehensive distribution and marketing plan which drives quality leads and ultimate conversions for commercial and residential rental space, condominium re-sales and specifically the ultra-lux villa units remaining for sale.
2. To create, establish and manage a comprehensive but appropriate range of distribution channels – not least through digital and social media, that cover domestic, regional and international target markets.
3. Create a focus on attracting new markets
4. To manage, mentor and develop effective direct reports ensuring comprehensive key performance indicators are issued, audited and measured.
5. Set example through professional and friendly attitudes towards clients and co-worker through timely responses and the observance of high offices standards and best practise.
6. Ensure that activities conducted play integral part in delivering company financial objectives.
7. Conduct and contribute to meaningful marketing and sales strategy meetings.
8. Provide positive and aggressive leadership to maximise revenue potential
9. Participate in sales meetings and calls to better understand commercial clients and their needs.
10. Maintain and promote a team work environment with clear and effective communications among co-worker.
11. Ensure best client service is being made available through communication among the team including cross-training to maximise internal resource.
12. Work with all stakeholders to ensure understanding of marketing strategy and effective implementation of such.
13. Work closely and effectively with your counterpart in the sales role to ensure seamless and a coordinated approach to overall sales and marketing at RPM
