Job Summary:
Functions as the leader of the hotel’s segmented sales effort (e.g., group, transient, association, corporate, etc.) and responsible for implementing the segment sales strategy and achieving segment revenue goals, property revenue goals and guest and associate satisfaction. Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives. Achieves personal booking goals and makes recommendations on booking goals of direct reports.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills both in verbal & written
- At least 10 years’ experience in Sales & Margeting Management in 5 stars hotel
- Hotel industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office (word, excel and power point)
- Positive team leader
- Able to work and converse efficiently with all levels of colleagues, clients and other external contacts
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with open for changes
- “CAN DO” attitude and goals orientated
