Director of VIP Travel – A fantastic opportunity to take up this newly created role for a growing and highly reputable travel company based in Central London, where you will be responsible for heading up their VIP Travel division aimed at HNW/UHNW individuals.

Director of VIP Travel Responsibilities

You will be reponsible for leading a team of around 12 people that provide corporate and leisure travel solutions to the most discerning customers. You will be taked with ensuring they have the most effective service delivery processes in place, developing value added benefits with new and existing suppliers, intorducing new service innovation and developing the businesses proposition. You will also be tasked with growing the organisations client base by joing the sales team on client meetings and establishing new ways to attract HNW/UHNW individuals.

Director of VIP Travel Skills Required

• Previous luxury, vip or TMC operations experience
• A background in sales and account management would also be an advantage
• Experience negotiating with suppliers
• A track record of delivering high levels of customer service and client retention skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Commercially savvyExperience leading and developing teams

Director of VIP Travel Package

A competitive salary dependant on experience (to be discussed on application), bonus, private health, medical.
