Ecommerce Merchandiser – This well established Tour Operator have an exciting new role available within their Ecommerce and marketing team.

Ecommerce Merchandiser – Responsibilities:
– Ensuring all content (text, images, videos, infographics) on the website is up to date
– Continually check, replace and add images to all hotel pages, prioritising those which have the most traffic
– Measure and monitor conversion rates on the website and report this within the team
– Merchandise all web pages to improve conversion and user experience – use a test, learn and improve methodology
– Follow SEO best practice when creating and updating content on the website.

Ecommerce Merchandiser – Skills Required:
– Experience within a similar role ideally within the travel industry, other sectors will be considered
– Experience of using a CMS (Umbraco preferred but not essential)
– Basic SEO knowledge
– Experience of merchandising an ecommerce website
– Excellent attention to detail, high-accuracy and an eye for good design
– Knowledge of HTML

Additional Information:
– Paying circa £24K
– Based 50/50 home and office in North London
– Working Mon – Fri 9 – 5.30
– 21 days hol plus bank holidays
– Holiday concessions after 1 year
