– Provide personal administrative support and assistance to Chairman.
– Prepare and edit correspondences, communications, presentations and other documents.
– File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
– Manage and maintain Chairman schedules, appointments and travel & hotel accommodation arrangement.
– Arrange and co-ordinate meeting and events.
– Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
– Answer and manage incoming calls.
– Receive and interact with incoming visitors.
– Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
– Co-ordinate project-bases work.
– Travel with the Chairman if required to assist in meeting follow up key exhibitions overseas.
– Treating all information in professional manner with top confidentiality.
